Processing & Production Time All Sins of Saints products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Once your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping typically takes 4–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 7–14 business daysfrom the date of purchase.

International Shipping We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — please allow 10–21 business days for international orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive it.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sins of Saints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them.

Incorrect Address We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Carrier Delays Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control. We appreciate your patience.

No Refunds on Shipping Shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at sinsofsaints.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement.
