Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, you must contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the delivery date with photographic evidence of the issue. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

Wrong Size or Color Selected We are not responsible for errors made by the customer at checkout, including incorrect size or color selection. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Size guides are available on each product page.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sins of Saints is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address Sins of Saints is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to intercept the shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Chargebacks & Disputes Customers agree to contact Sins of Saints directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in a permanent ban from our store.
